We ship worldwide and have several shipping option for you to choose from:
1. Registered Airmail: Door- to Door 10-14 working days delivery (Maximum 5 kg)
2. Express Shipping (EMS): Door- to Door 3-6 working days for delivery. Includes an online tracking number. (Maximum 40kg)
3. Air Freight Forwarding: 7 working days to your nearest Airport. (35kg -500kg)
4. Sea freight Forwarding: 4 Weeks to your nearest Sea Port. (Minimum 1000kg)
Shipping rates are calculated depending of total weight of your order and your shipping country. For our wholesale customers: You can chose which shipping option best suits your needs, depending on speed (delivery times) and whether the package is delivered right to your door or to your nearest port. You can click on the "Shipping Estimator" below your shopping cart to see how much the shipping cost will be for the item/s you currently have in your Cart.
For our Retails customers we always recommend the cheapest delivery method: Registered airmail from Thailand. Please note that your total item weight can not exceed 5 kg.
We strive to process all orders within 3-4 working days. We cannot ship during the weekend and National Thai holidays.
Please note: For large wholesale orders processing times may be longer, depending on the size of the order. any orders involving customization will require a minim 2-3 week processing time.
Customs and Duty tax
Please note that we not be held responsible for any fees, charges, or customs duties in your country. You will have to release the goods yourselves from customs. (these charges are not applicable for the EMS express shipping option or the Registered airmail method as the products are delivered right to your door)
Cancellation Rights and Returns Policy
Every product is inspected and tested carefully before packing and ahead of distribution to guarantee that the goods are neither flawed nor lacking. In the case that you receive your package in an unsatisfactory state, it is essential that you contact us ASAP. We will then figure out arrangements with you to return the goods for a replacement or a refund. returns will be accepted within 7 days after the package is received.
Bagabing.com will accept responsibility for any faulty or incorrect products that we ship. We will replace these items free of charge, or refund if preferred, on receipt of the returned goods.
Additional points to consider when returning goods:
1. When a customer wants to replace an item due to damage, we will do so according to stock availability. Sending the replaced item is free of charge.
2.When customer wants to return an item for a refund, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping costs, however if refund is asked for due to our mistake or the item received isn't as described a full refund will be issued including the shipping cost.
3. Please note that the customized products are not eligible for returns unless a mistake was made on our part or the product is fluid in some way.
4. Discounted or promoted items bought are not eligible for returns or exchange.
5. We will not accept the return of goods returned without tags or original packaging.
6. We will not be held responsible for incorrect address or insufficient address. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure their shipping address is correct, and that there is someone to claim the package once it arrives. We will not be responsible for unclaimed packages.
