Getting a sample is easy. Simply complete your order as you would when making an ordinary purchase. You may choose up to 8 items for your sample purchase. When completing your order place a small note in the Comment box notifying us that this order is meant as a sample purchase.
You will be billed as a normal order; however after you receive the products you may return them within 14 days for a full refund. We will credit the total amount back to you. Please be advised that return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and that all sample items must still contain the original tags.
As a promotional service to our wholesale customers; if you wish to keep your sample products and make a wholesale order of more than 20 items we will provide you with a gift voucher of USD10.00 for your order, just let us know prior to making an order.
